Service calls 99 for the first hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting in person, providing a detailed quote via email, and communicating through each phase of the project. I also provide pictures if the customer is out of town.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The cheapest guy isn't going to go the extra mile to make the customer satisfied. You get what you pay for. I always provide a detailed proposal prior to work being done.
