Introduction: I am a licensed Certified Public Accountant and Attorney in the state of Ohio. I am experienced in tax preparation and tax planning for both individuals and businesses. I am well versed in business formation (setting up a LLC or corporation) from both a legal and financial standpoint. I provide business consulting, notarization, and legal advice on a variety of topics.
As an attorney, I specialize in resolving disputes with the IRS and Ohio Department of Taxation regarding unpaid taxes and past due tax returns for prior years, by working with the tax agencies to negotiate and reach a settlement. I also practice immigration law, and enjoy assisting clients gain legal entry into the United States for themselves or their loved ones.
I enjoy getting to know my clients and working with them to resolve their legal or financial issues in a timely manner. I also love being able to help others by providing my clients with knowledge on areas of law that I am passionate about!

I was referred to Kelly by a friend who was very impressed with the customer service that Kelly had provided. Up until this point, I had always completed my own tax returns, but this time I had some complex issues come up that I had no idea how to tackle. She was very knowledgeable and had everything cleared up in no time. I will continue going to Kelly from now on as my time just isn't worth spending on something like taxes. I highly recommend her.

Kelly did our 2016 income taxes. She did a great job! She explains things well. She always gets back to you if you call/text her. She was done in a timely manner. I will definitely use her again.
