Had to have the mower now the same lawn twice since they left the grass high. That was the first thing that rubbed me wrong. The second was that they tried to raise the price. The confluence of these two issues is indicative of potential long term problems.

Terrible experience. Called on 2 different instances of poor work and nothing was done. I am reasonably certain that trimming was performed wearing a blindfold! After I called the second time to express my frustration, no attempt was made to fix the problem, the only option they gave me was to switch to a different mowing subcontractor because the 1st one was already paid. I definitely would not recommend this company.

I was told by Charles B that they would be out to do my lawn on Monday, May 7th. I called Monday afternoon and was told it had not even been scheduled. When you call you always have to wait for someone to call you back. I even called back and was told the office was closed but the app has the hours listed and according to that, they should have been open. When I called today, had to wait yet again for a callback, I was told they don't even know who this Charles B person is. A series of false information with no end results. Now this fraudulent company has my card information - I wil be reporting this. Social media and bad reviews here I come!!

We did experience high call volumes that resulted in longer waiting time (good news - the wait has significantly decreased since then, as we added new resources). Our customer support team is pretty big and works separately from the recruitment and sales teams, so they don't always know the names of the members in other teams.
