- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Refinishing and new installation is charged by the square foot. Repairs are charged by time and material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In today's fast paced, technological society, we lose the personal touch to customer service. I like to establish a personal relationship with my customers. I prefer to set an appointment to meet you, look at what you'd like to have done, and give you an honest estimate so there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a 3 year apprenticeship school for through the carpenter's union , worked as a union journeyman. I also attended sanding and finshing school run by Bona Company.
