I enjoy the excitement on my customer's face when the job is complete, their vision come to fruition. I have dedicated over 18 years to honing my craft and have a genuine love for creating extraordinary spaces. One of my favorite things to do is installing flooring systems although I have a General Contractor Liscence so am well versed in all things construction related. I have a strong work ethic, which I contribute in some part to my military experience, and produce excellent work, effectively and efficiently.

Ive used Flannagan Construction more times than I can count and Im always extremely satisfied with the work! From small jobs to full kitchen remodels, the work is always on-time and on-budget. The service is very professional and I have the utmost confidence in the workmanship. Whenever I need work done, Ill always call Flannagan Construction and I highly recommend them!!

Flanagan Construction and the owner Damon do outstanding work. Flanagan construction remodeled my condo, Flooring, lighting, trim, paint, replaces the appliances, and extended the balcony. Exelcent job, it was done in a timely matter and on budget. I would recommend Flannagan Construction any home repair on remodel.

I used Flannagan Construction, for a number of projects. I was tackling a room addition as an owner builder and many of times found myself out of my scope. Damon had great ideas, and knowledgeable insight, he built out my closets, laid my wood floor and installed my baseboard, hung doors, drywall, painted,and electrical. I found him professional, honest and reliable. I really appreciate how he conducts himself being a military man and had a lot of pride in all of his projects. Overall I had a great installation and experience. Thanks!

Damon arrived on time and used his time wisely. He went slightly over our agreed upon time but did not charge me for the overage. He put four pieces of new furniture together and did a great job. Will definitely call him again if the need arises.
