Chloe Lankshear Therapy

Introduction: I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Registered Intern working with Grateful Heart Holistic Therapy Center. If you are feeling exasperated and fed up because you are trying hard, but you're just not getting the results you're looking for, then we could be a good fit. Many of the clients I work with initially come to me struggling with issues related to anxiety, self-esteem, relationship problems, parenting and anger. I work with individuals and couples and I also work with children and adolescents. I'm British and I have a very down-to-earth, practical and informal approach. If you are looking for an interactive therapist who will really engage with you and work with you pro-actively as a team, then we could be a good match. I aim to help my clients by helping them get clarity, see things from different perspectives and figure out why what they have been doing hasn't been having the desired effect and help them to generate ideas for what they can do differently to get the results they want. I love being able to offer my clients a safe, supportive place where they can really be themselves and speak without fear of being judged. I also value being part of helping my clients to make the changes they want to make in their lives.
