- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is listed on my website. I offer discounts for multiple sessions (packages) booked. Upon request, I will extend a sliding-scale fee. I do not accept insurance at this time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I conduct a comprehensive analysis of the client’s needs and goals, along with her strengths and access to support. Together we develop an action plan which includes weekly objectives and specific activities to complete. We evaluate progress and fine-tune the action plan. The client sets the pace, completes “homework”, and schedules follow-up sessions at her convenience
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a B.A. in Psychology, an M.Ed. in Counseling, an M.S. in Management, and School Counseling endorsements in Washington State and California. I’ve attended advanced training in a variety of counseling techniques including Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
