While we had expected a very straight-forward job, there was complexity with the amp that was unforeseen, and he showed tremendous knowledge. The issue was not quite fixed as I had expected, but I've since found a "work around". Good man, good knowledge, and all is working well right now. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to "walk the job" at no charge to the customer and provide all of the possible options, find out the complete scope of work, and then provide a very detailed bid with all material and labor items listed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?BICSI member RCDD/NTS/OSP/ESS (Registered Communications Distribution Designer with Network Transport Systems Designer, Outside Plant Designer, and Electronic Safety & Security Designer Specialties
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have been involved in tech sine 1976, and worked at Rockwell International on computer support for the Space Shuttle, and later the B-1 Bomber. Also contracted for 4-1/2 years at American Honda before starting BF Datacom Inc. in 1987.
