- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing varies depending on skill sets needed but I always try to be competitive and within industry market value. I have to be fair to my customers and myself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I do what I say I'm going to do. I respect customer's property and time. I clean up after myself. I feel these are imperative attributes to developing a strong rapport with customers and to be a provider with integrity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've trained under master carpenters , electricians and plumbers for the past twenty years doing everything from rehabs to new construction.
