Johnny Cunningham provided excellent installation of park mix sod in by backyard. Johnny is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and assures that he will return to check on the condition of the sod periodically, and does provide other lawn care services. I recommend Johnny to anyone wishing to install a new lawn.

I really appreciate the work Johnny did for me! He did exactly what I asked which was just a grass mowing. I grossly miss-underestimated the time it would take to mow the lawn but he went at it any way even though it was a forest and still gave me a very reasonable price even though the job was like double what I made it seem! I was out of town and he even took before and after pictures of the job! Way to go above and beyond expectations really happy with the work and his willingness to work with me!

Sorry, but I did not share the feelings of the few others. Johnny did a little cleanup for me which is not demanding but he did an okay job. However, I requested a quote for doing some landscaping and he said he would "call back tomorrow with the bids." Days went by with no call. When I wrote him back, he said he didn't have enough information to give one of the bids. Fair enough, but he just didn't call back! All he had to do was ask for additional information. You don't just not call the guy back, period. Then, he said he thought "I was supposed to call him" when I had never said anything like that. So, no, I wasn't impressed. I won't be using him again.

Pricing varies from job to job.. but i do like to help my customer out in saving money while doing the job so i just charge them the materials at my cost and I just quote on what the labor of the job calls for.

Working with new customers is the best because we listen to what and how they want things done and try our best to provide them with everything they want if not we suggest what we think would be better as well as beat our competitors prices.
