FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, but we need to look at every job since every property is unique.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For smaller jobs we just meet with the customer and provide a written estimate with firm fixed pricing. If it is a larger project where design and plans are needed, we meet with the customer and give them a budget. If they want to proceed further we design plans and provide them with 3D renderings of what their project will look like. We lock down every detail and help them with all their material selections. After we have all their material selections and design locked down we provide a firm fixed price for the project. If they want to proceed we sigh a contract with them, complete the plans, and start the permit process with the City.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done numerous hours of training and hold three contractors licenses with the state of NM. GB98 (Commercial and Residential General Contracting), GA03 (allows us to do concrete work on city curbs, gutters, and sidewalks. we have a bond and special insurance policy for this license with the City of Albuquerque so that we can obtain permits for work on City owned property), MM1 (Commercial and Residential Plumbing).
