- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Party NM Strives to be the best in the industry regarding value and price. We offer competitive rates and unmatched customer service. We also offer package deals when you bundle services with us. Discounts to charities, churches, schools, and restaurant customers with regular events. Fee's- as for fee's we only have two. if you choose to pay via credit card (5% convenience/processing fee) for corporate business accounts if payment is not made by date on invoice, a 10% late fee can be assessed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Party NM we make our process very easy. typically, customers can reach out via thumbtack, email, cell phone or even in person! from there we have a small questionaire, so we can make sure we get it exactly right. after we get it just right, we send a quote, and if you choose to secure services, all thats left is to place a deposit. customers are always encouraged to reach out with any questions concerns or changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Qualatex certified balloon decorator. 10 years professional entertainments experience trained lighting and sound expert through, Magic dove Entertainment. Wedding planning assistant through MagicMoments ABQ
