- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever I work with a new customer, I always start with a free consultation to ask some questions and learn more about their business to see if I can actually help them or not. From their, I gather project requirements, set timelines and expectations, and keep the client updated throughout the scope of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken online courses from digital marketers on Facebook marketing and website design on Udemy as well as paid courses from other entrepreneurs such as Tai Lopez, Douglas James, Jeremy Haynes and more.
