- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to host a kickoff call for every project to get the full scope. We handle every aspect of the development process, from research and interviewing to writing and graphic design. We usually have a few rounds of revisions, then pass the final product off to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our creative director holds a bachelor’s in English from Yale University and a master’s from the University of Maryland. With a career spanning academia and marketing, she brings unique depth to her writing and editing—a knowledge of various styles and research methodologies combined with a strong understanding of new media, search engine optimization (SEO), social media, blogging, and online marketing strategy.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with large corporations, like Experian, Comcast, AT&T, and smaller businesses like EverFi and CallTrackingMetrics.
