Introduction: We specialize in not only making memorable healthy balanced and nutritious meals and food that your guests will talk about for a long time but also in providing an experience for you and your guests around one of my specialty themes -French people don't get Fat- Dinner around the World- Gluten Free Gourmet- French Provincial- or craft a suggested menu based on your theme. You and your guests can come to my house to dine on my screened in outdoor patio amongst tree lined yard (no mess to clean up on your end) or I go to yours (limit 8 guests at my house). I love making food with wholesome ingredients and crafting menus that act as the magical element in memorable dinners and parties that people enjoy, talk about for a long time past the day of the event and look forward to repeating. I love serving meals that let people rediscover the joy of eating great tasting food that leaves them energized and like they've nourished their body with the right foods in the right quantities.

She uses only natural and fresh products that create wonderful dishes. The food looks great, tastes great, and smells wonderful. I especially like her French Provence touch, using lots of herbs. A wonderful experience for all senses!

Claudine makes excellent food--her specialty is in producing healthy, flavorful meals that everyone will enjoy. She can take into account any dietary restrictions you might have (no dairy, gluten-free, low salt, etc) She also has a flair for the dramatic---so if you wanted a special theme-based meal, she will be excited to work with you to prepare a meal that your guests will enjoy and fondly remember.

We recently had a meal prepared by Claudine that was absolutely amazing. Not only was each dish on the healthy side of the house, all of the ingredients both tasted fresh, bursting with flavors. She served all dishes with beautiful plating skills as well which, added to the entire evening and presentation. This review wouldn't be complete without also mentioning her friendly and relaxed yet highly professional manner and personality which topped everything off. I would highly recommend Claudine's services for any catering needs and we plan to enjoy future cuisine offerings from Cuisine by Claudine. Thanks a million!

Claudine is a talented, exceptional chef having growing up in the Champagne region of France. She understands the palette and can pair foods, deserts, wine and cheeses perfectly. I'm still dreaming about her chocolate mousse made from scratch! She has made me meals I will never forget. She is also generous, loving, and kind which comes across in her delivery and communication. I highly recommend Claudine!
