FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every video project is unique, so there isn't a one size fits all pricing system that works, but I can tell you that we slash industry rates by more than half and you'll be hard pressed to find same quality for less.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'd like to talk and get to know each other and make sure we're a good match. We'll discuss your business growth and marketing goals as well as the details of your product or service. My typical process for working with a new customer includes 3 steps: 1. We send you a questionnaire and prescribe the best type of video that suites your needs. From the answers in the questionnaire, I'll use the key benefits of your product or service to have my copywriter craft a persuasive script. 2. Then my production team and I will brainstorm a creative concept for presenting that script on camera. We will find the best way to prompt potential clients to take action and submit our suggestions in storyboard form for your approval. 3. Once you approve the script and creative vision, it's time for production (recording) and post (editing). We'll showcase the great footage in the best possible light for maximum results and get you video back to you. And if needed, I'll mix in my on-screen charm and influence to create an amazingly engaging video.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training began early in life by learning the art of effective communication from my overly articulate mother. My unconventional education continued with my years of experience in the dance and fitness industry with responsibilities including: conceptualizing, choreography, directing, costumes, set design, and talent evaluation. Since giving birth to my video marketing business, I've received formal training in voice acting, social media marketing, and search engine optimization for online videos.
