- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is to have a call or meeting with the client to understand what they are looking for. Prior to the meeting if there is any information on the clients business or product online I'll review and take notes for the meeting. After understanding the scope of work a timeline will be completely to insure we are hitting clients needed completion date, as well as provide realistic expectations for completion. Each project is different from proofing to implementation. The timeline will help to creat key milestones for each project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the marketing and creative space for 20 years. This includes working on brand development, packaging design and development, social media management and creative services. I've done extensive work domestic and international- executing consumer engagement programs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was born creative ☺️. From cooking at an early age to the performance arts - there is always an outlet for me to create something beautiful.
