- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You should know that you will always get more than you paid for because of my level of experience and attention to detail. I do every installation as if I were doing it in my own home. Each install is basically my business card. I want you to be able to tell your friends and family..."I Have A Guy." In the Audio/Video industry word of mouth advertising is priceless.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As I mentioned before in order for me to serve you to the best of my ability I have to ask questions and you have to convey to me your vision. Once this is done we can customize a solution. I promise to make this as painless as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CEDIA Level 3 certified which means I am a master installer able to certify other installers. Low Voltage certification as well.
