- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is based on the size and condition of the area for service, as well as the customers needs and specifications. If the customer prefers, an hourly rate can be negotiated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I begin a new project, I like to personally meet my new customers. Together, we will do a "walk through" of the area of interest and discuss the details of the project. Within 24 hours of this meeting, I will submit to you a proposal for approximate time, materials, and labor. If you choose to accept this proposal, we will schedule a convenient time to begin your project.

-Over 8 years of experience in the janitorial service industry. -BBA Management -Over 4 years of experience as a Personal Banker, demonstrating strong team leadership skills and the importance of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
