- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving a new customer the first thing to do is formally introduce myself to them. Secondly, we would discuss rates and estimates. Assure the customer that the job will get done in an orderly fashion with no damages. Our goal is to build a relationship with the customer so they can be comfortable with us and with their move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years experience in the moving industry. I am also a handyman on the side.
