Nick installed new basement windows in my home which is the first stage of my basement refinishing project. I was impressed with the quality of Nicks work and professionalism of his work crew. Nick advised me throughout every step. My only regret is not being able to post before and after pictures of his work.

had tried to connect with three other contractors who responded to phone msg and text but never got back with estimates. Nick came right over and did onsite estimate for the 3 projects I needed done. Started on time and finished each project timely, answer all questions, explain when a complication arose. Would and will hire Nick and his crew again

Nick is a perfectionist. He would not do a substandard job. He responded promptly and was punctual. We hired him to install peel and stick wall tiles and mount TV and TV stand. He did an excellent job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is based off of the state going rate, if a bid is to high just call me and I will work a better price in for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is, I come to your house take my measurements and then write you up your contract and print it out on the spot. If it's agreeable 50% is paid upfront and the remaining 50% is paid when I finish. I take my business very seriously, and want my customers to be 100% satisfied with the work I have provided for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience, just so you know I am up front with all of my customers. For example there is no such licensing to be a Contractor, unless they are an Asbestos Contractor, and if they tell you that there is please be careful, I don't want to see anyone fall for a trap or scam.
