Wow! We were absolutely blown away by this company! We hired them for our wedding this past weekend, and they did such a phenomenal job! Our guests loved all of the drinks that they made and they totally killed it! Before the wedding they were so wonderful about letting us know exactly what we needed to get for the bar, and precisely how much alcohol and drinks to purchase for the amount of people we were having. This made life so easy for us! In addition, they were so accommodating to our special requests. We needed to keep the bar strictly Kosher, and they happily adapted to our restrictions. I also really wanted them to serve a specialty cotton candy cocktail drink rimmed with rainbow sprinkles, and they made it happen!! I was so impressed!! Working with Andrew was a pleasure... great on responsiveness and helpfulness in guiding what was needed for our Cash Bar. They were friendly and the drinks made well. Only criticism was in punctuality but due to an oversight in where the location of our event was. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My standard pricing system starts with a 4 hour minimum and 50% down payment to lock in event date and cover service of labor and initial costs, which includes my mixology and hospitality expertise, offering specialized beverages and the highest degree of service and client priority. It then goes up from there as per client needs, requests and facilitation of services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Contacting the client at their earliest convenience to get an idea of what they have in mind and expect for their party and then working with the details according to their wishes.
