- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing and fees vary depending on setup, production, location, and post processing. A 25% to 50% percent deposit is required on most jobs, but not always the case. I only extend a limited number of discounts or donation of time for non-profit or select personal projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet with clients prior to filming or photography. The more I know about your story, or look you're trying to achieve, the better I can translate that through stills or motion. I won't accept jobs otherwise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have almost 20 years in professional broadcast, cable and film industry. Ongoing education is a part of my craft, which I recently complete an advanced certificate program at Harvard University.
