FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Casual Encounters Catering has experience working within a range of budgets from classic food and beverage services to additional services like assisting with finding a location, TAM Certified bar tenders, portable grills, coordinating your affair or recommending vendors (live music or DJ).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A lot of factors come into play when booking a new event and these are some of the factors to consider: the date requested, number of guests, serve time and venue, appetizer or main buffet or seated dinner menus. We can provide serve staff, deliver ready-to-serve food in our hot boxes, set up travel meals or prepare meals on site. We like to keep a dialog going up to the event so we can arrange a preview of the location if needed, or set up in advance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our business manager-owner has extensive restaurant experience from hotel restaurants, front-of-the-house manager positions in large restaurants, to now be sole proprietor of Casual Encounters Catering that has been in business for over a decade.
