FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a few packages that we have assembled based on our experience and average client needs. These packages are engineered to provide excellent Proformance and value. It is not necessary to reinvent the wheel on every job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Some clients needs are very straightforward and we can quote over the phone and schedule an installation. Others are more involved so , we meet at their home or business to discuss their needs and try to establish a budget. Then present options, work out a project flow, contract and payment schedule. Setting expectations and defining responsibilities is very important on large jobs. We have built our business on referrals and want clients to completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is no one class or course that covers what a professional in this industry needs. The technology changes so rapidly that I go to trade shows several times a year to see and touch the products we represent and their competitors to keep up with the details. I attend manufacturers training on average once a month and I own and use the equipment I sell and install.
