- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in a good value. I like to complete an honest day's work. Creating, fine-tuning, and polishing a resume does take a lot of time and vigorous effort. I have received very good feedback from my work and feel my new customers should feel proud of what they are presenting in a competitive market.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to dialog about customer's goals and aspirations. I request past work experience information, as well as any and all skills that may be helpful in landing the desired career.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master of Arts in Communication. I was a college lecturer, and work for a nationally recognized hospital as an administrator.
