- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$30 per session - First session is assessments and goal-setting! *NO FIRST SESSION IS FREE, please note your first one hour session is paperwork, evaluations, assessments. As a reward for your hard work and time, each TENTH session is ABSOLUTELY FREE! So after you pay for nine visits, you get a tenth session, at a different appointment time with me for free! No cancellation *** 50% penalty for cancellation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Depending on your needs and goals, we do a series of assessments. Expect paperwork first, then resting HR check, possibility of blood pressure check. This session will be for evaluating fitness level. We begin goal setting, measurements, scheduling, etc. We only discuss nutrition in a small detail to begin. Since your success is my NUMBER ONE GOAL AND PRIORITY, I will make to motivate you on your very own unique and personalized fitness fun, designed with variances, and the education of many different types of workouts!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?NASM Certified personal trainer;. AFAA Personal trainer certified; AFAA Group Excercise certified; Certified POUND® PRO; Certified Spinning® coach
