- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes, I charge an hourly rate and I do charge extra for travel outside my service area. However, I do offer discounts for 3 hours or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain to the customer when they call how the facepainting works. I educate them on the type of paints I use, the process in which I use them and what to expect. I believe its important to tell the customer everything you know to make them feel comfortable and develop a trust in you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an artist, graphic designer and mother of 4. I was born an artist and although I have a artistic creative background, I am self taught in face painting. I take alot of online classes to sharpen my skills.
