Introduction: Before I opened my own business, I installed wiring for a Fortune-500 company. Now, I offer electrical and electronic services to my own customers. I specialize in electrical work ( switches, lighting, outlets, ceiling fans, etc.), LED technology, security cameras, low voltage applications (doorbells, audio/video, phone/fax, etc.), computer network wiring & hardware, and WiFi.

John displays a great combination of patience and urgency as needed for a project. As we readied for a move to new offices, John helped us at each stage: planning, design, engineering, and implementation. John also helped us find cost-effective solutions to service provider and equipment problems. Hibird was less expensive and more responsive than every other service provider we've used.

We called Hibird to clean up our server room and to help us understand what the various equipment was for. John came a few days later, looked around, explained to us what everything was, and then gave us a good quote to clean up the mess that our last computer guy left. six hours later, the room was so neat and organized and all of the equipment was labeled and everything. Best thing was he pulled out a bunch of old and slow equipment and rewired things to better equipment that we already had there, and now our system is way faster. very honest and knowledgeable.

John with Hibird recently set up our business's new office. He moved our internet and phone lines to better, more convenient locations throughout our office and helped us get set up with scanning and printing as well as a solid strategy for our specific company's data storage and backup needs. I am the managing partner for a small law firm based in the loop. We recently moved offices and needed a complete build-out of our technology systems including: IP phones, computers, printers, and our network. Hibird was a great solution for us.
