HOW MUCH DOES YOUR SERVICE COST AND WHAT DOES THAT COVER?
- 7% monthly management fee up to a maximum of $99
- This includes all tenant relationship management such as rent collections, inspections, maintenance requests, vendor management, accounting, evictions, monthly/quarterly reporting.
- Leasing fee is 75% of one month's rent
- Property marketing, prospective tenant showings, screening (credit, financial, rent history, criminal, sex offender), leasing,
