My husband and I hired Redleg Property Group to manage our rental property and they've exceeded our expectations! They inspected the property and sent us a detailed report noting repairs and observations, they took great pics of the property and community pool, listed the property online and hosted an open house for potential tenants. They got a signed lease in under 2 weeks of listing the property! Some of the other property management companies treated us like we weren't worth their time since we only had one property that needed managing. Redleg made us feel like they were treating our first investment property as if it were their own. We're so glad we chose them!

I've hired Redleg Propery Group LLC as a property management team. So far it's been great. The level of communication and professionalism is impressive. As a property owner I feel a lot better having Jon & Nathan on my side. It gives me reassurance that things will get done. What really stands out is their transparency of services, i.e., they leverage standard communication as well as web collaboration tools, which makes the entire process appear virtual. Thus far I feel like I get a lot of value via assurance and their strong trades connections.

I tried two other Property Management which put me in a dilemma to give up Rental property investment altogether. I think it is a miracle I found this team. It has been 3-4 months, Exceptional Business experience I had with them. I interacted more with Jonathan and he has shown solutions to all my pain points in (Communication, Tenant finding, Make Ready, Repairs, Management Tools, Pricing etc) at his finger tips.
