- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They're competitive, but affordable. I still use the same labor rates I’ve used in the last 5 years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To meet them in person and inspect their project to make sure I understand their expectations and educate owner of any issues that would hinder it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a lifeguard growing up in high school, had a side business working and maintaining pools when I was a Cop. So I would say approximately 25 years.
