- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
None. Pricing depends on the job required to accomplish the project. It is likewise, subject to change if additional work is needed and if it is not part of what has been initially agreed upon.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to see the site of construction or whatever needs to be repaired/re-modeled or altered. I make measurements, ask what specifications the customer needs or wants, make suggestions and recommendations, and then submit a quote within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over ten years of training and experience working for a nationwide property management company. The said company sent me to the Southern Management Training Academy to formally study and to acquire the skills that I have been putting to good use both in the said company and in my private practice. In addition, prior to coming to the USA, I have done construction work in the Middle Eastern countries for three years.
