"I'm truly impressed by the pleasant personality and quite often readiness of MAIDS IN BROWN to change my schedule to my convenience . Their cleaning has been very professional and worry-free, it is always fabulous when I come back home. Their office is very helpful as well. I only had to call once about a problem and they took care of it right away. "

No wonder to see my home tydy and fresh when I leave it to trust worthy and reliable maids of Maids in Brown. It is great to a busy mom find the mirrors cleaned,the couch cushions vaccumed, bathrooms are cleaned to perfection. Thank you for doing a terrific job!

The quality of the cleaning was excellent. There are some challenges with Thumbtack in asking about the number of rooms, so there was some confusion. For the second cleaning, the Maids in Brown quoted a price that was $100-150 per cleaning higher than the original bid. I had given the opportunity to come to the house and meet with us to review the house to confirm the original bid and the company insisted it was correct. After I raised my concerns, Maids in Brown offered to clean until I found another company - a very generous offer.

The confusing of price happened because of the missing of the description of additional two office rooms, one & half bath room with basement. And we brought this to the attention of Thumbtack so in future there could be space for filling office rooms and any additional work any client may need. Normally we do not go to review the house, we give our quote based on what has been communicated and we keep our price for the specific description of rooms. Although in your case, we did not charge you for the additional rooms for the first cleaning. But we do understand also from this problem we need to communicate further with the client to confirm the description we receive. Maids in Brown have a done a great job cleaning my house. They take time to dust baseboards, vacuum under sofa cushions, and other things that are often overlooked. I love that they bring all their own supplies, and that they use many "green" products. They also have been prompt, and have let me know when they are running late due to traffic.
