- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My minimum charge is $170 for a normal and straight forward for federal and state tax returns. I will charge more for complicated returns and those which require many extra forms to prepare and file.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1- Clients are able to fax me their Tax documents like W-2's and 1099's,etc (free of charge). 2- I fax them back ,upon completion,their IRS efile Signature Authorization form to sign and fax it back to me with their Credit Card information. 3- I will efile their return with the IRS and sent their Tax return to them in a PDF format. I will also charge their credit cards with the agreed upon preparation fees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in Accounting , Auditing and Tax preparation. As an IRS enrolled agent (EA) empowered by the U.S Department of the Treasury, I represented Taxpayers for audits, collections and appeals before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service.
