Dimitrios arrived on time, assessed what needed to be done, went with me to Home Depot to purchase supplies, and then worked diligently and professionally throughout the afternoon. He measured and installed blinds, correctly applied silicone around a new faucet that another handy-man had used the wrong materials for, re-fit and installed the inner workings of a kitchen drawer so it closed appropriately, and started work on a cabinet project under the sink. I chose OikoSystems as they responded promptly for a quote and fully understood the scope of r there repair. They were at the door as scheduled, repaired the drywall, and went the extra mile by purchasing the primer and paint and finishing the repair far beyond what I had expected. The repair area was so well performed that no one could possibly determine where the repair was made. The area was left perfectly clean and restored. Dimitri was on time, friendly, and quickly finished multiple complex house projects, even after I only advertised one. He even made multiple trips out to get supplies (due to my own error) , including going to ace hard ware to get matching paint that I was missing, and retuning with the right bolts and screws that I was missing. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is based on each unique job. We do have a matrix that assists us in creating fair and up to date pricing for each individual task.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, we invite our clients to email us with their individual request. If we require more information about a specific job, we set up a time to meet with our clients to take a look at the item that needs to be fixed. Lastly, we provide a price quote within 24 hours of meeting with our client. Lastly, we schedule a time and get the job done!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Maria, our co-owner has a degree a bachelor of science in Building Construction from Virginia Tech And has a lot of experience working on several construction projects in the area. I am a master handyman and specialize in all home improvement and remodeling projects.
