FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No matter what your project is, the first step is always an in-person or phone consultation. This initial consultation (usually 30 minutes to 1 hour) is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We discuss your needs, expectations, and budget. We then work together to identify what services you need, what our timeline is, and how we will work together going forward. This initial consultation is always complimentary. So feel free to get in touch!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have B.A in Political Science and an M.A. in Public Administration and Public Policy. In my professional life, I have worked in the non-profit sector and with the federal government writing grants, technical reports, briefing materials and research publications for over 10 years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became a freelance writer and writing coach quite by chance. It was the year 2003, I found myself helping more and more friends, colleagues and family members write resumes, edit college papers, and draft business plans. I also began volunteering with a literacy organization, teaching new immigrants English language skills. It was here I developed my love of writing coaching. And so, Write Well Coaching was born... We provide SEO optimized copy for blogs, websites, and marketing materials. We also work with numerous clients to write resumes, edit technical reports, and draft grant applications. If you have any type of writing, editing or language coaching needs - give us a call!
