I had met Graham a few years ago. Since the day I met him he always had a way with creating a sense of ambience and festivity to his meals. He has a philosophy behind his cooking that is deeply rooted with the philosophy of quality down to the soil and farming practices. He understands fine dining and could recreate it in the woods or the beach.
