Introduction: Earth Seed is an ecologically friendly landscaping team eager to help you transform any space into an exquisite plant environment. We are two local gardeners with eleven years of experience in permaculture and organic gardening and two degrees in Plant Ecology and Sustainable Agriculture. We offer traditional outdoor landscaping as well as indoor and container landscaping.
Who we are: We are your alternative gardeners. We source materials locally and are sustainable, child and pet friendly, and community oriented.
We provide full design, installation and maintenance of yards, patios, and entrances. For indoor environments, we’ll design and assemble containers for your specific needs.
Maintenance - We offer a complete fertilizing schedule, mulching, pruning, weeding, and even plant-specific watering regimen.
Pest Management - This specialized service includes pest identification, a detailed action plan, and application of treatments.
Instruction - We are happy to give you a personalized mini-workshop on the following subjects: composting, germination, pest control.
Soil Conditioning - Repairing and managing your soil’s health through biomimicry.
Mulching- This integral part ensures the healthy functioning of your garden.
Drip irrigation - Full installation of automated drip irrigation systems.
We are friendly, fast, honest, and resourceful gardeners that love creating aesthetically pleasing outdoor living areas that benefit human health and the environment. We want to hook folks into the excitement we feel for plants and the outdoors.

Earth Seed was amazing! They were so patient about working with me on everything, and I'm super picky. Roth stuck with my budget and helped me come up with a plan that suited my needs perfectly. Then they were so fast about it getting it done! Their whole team is quick, friendly, and efficient. Roth is so creative and knowledgeable, they made this a really fun project with great results. As a retiree with a new farm, I would have been lost if Roth had not been my main advisor, worker, and Ag Angel! Amending the soil which had been a pasture with compost (that gave us huge yields), helping with labor of fencing, ordering then installing the drip irrigation, planting successive crops, even weeding and harvesting the flowers and garden crops!
Additionally Earth Seed Landscaping has cut and pruned trees, knocked the poison ivy, that was prolific, down till it is almost gone, made suggestions for alternative plantings that are perennials, and has been agreeable, responsive, and a joy to have at the farm! Did I mention occasional "please let the dogs out"? Our whole family, including pups and kitties, strongly approves of Roth and Earth Seed!

Earth Seed Landscaping helped me build a raised bed and advised me what natural dye plants would grow best in my slightly shaded area. They also removed invasive plants that were taking over my back yard and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend Earth Seed Landscaping for any landscaping needs you have! They are very knowledgeable and personable and I look forward to working with them again in the future.
