- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please note prices vary depending on design, material preference, your size and the date you need the garment by.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What to Expect : 1) Agree on a design, deadline and price. 2) Place Security deposit (half of payment) via. CashApp 3) Provide Measurements Needed 4) Wait while I do my magic! Once garment is complete you will receive pictures of finished product. 5) Pay remaining balance before garment is shipped out. 6) Once garment is received (ideally 2 weeks before event) if any alterations are needed they will be made upon request once garment is received (free of charge but shipping fees may apply). All orders are non refundable, exchange only.
