- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are standard and include several packages to help you decide which is best for you and your budget. Throughout the year, we offer promotions to existing clients when the season changes to help them stay on top of their wardrobe. The best part about Label Content is that we are always giving something back to our clients. Without you, there would be no Label Content.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, all clients start off with an over the phone consultation no matter what package you choose. Here is where I learn about your lifestyle and current wardrobe breakdowns. We discuss your overall goals and your commitment to helping gain back your self confidence. During your consultation, feel free to address any questions or concerns you may have. Don't worry if you think your question is stupid, mostly likely your concerned about where and who your spending your hard earned dollars with. I get it, no judgement, REALLY! I've heard and seen it all. My job is to help you, not judge you! I want to make your life better. If you've fixed the inside, let me tailor the outside. My job isn't done until your crying or smiling with JOY!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two years of education in Fashion Merchandising with a concentration in Image Consulting. I've obtained a bachelor's degree from Georgia State University in Business Management. Lastly, I have worked in retail management for several years where I was responsible for the visual look of the store.
