Introduction: A world-renowned vegan chef of 38 years, I have also been nominated as one of the world's top hundred chefs. My food only consists of natural, organic and fresh ingredients. I do not put MSG in my food. I cook with love and passion because it is important to be in the right mood when you are cooking. I have cooked for United Nation's World Tourism Day and celebrities including LisaRaye and so many dignitaries just to mention a few. I also cook African vegan cuisine.
