  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    From 2010-2012 I wasn’t at my best stage with my weight I was very unhappy with myself. I wanted to prove to myself that I can overcome their obstacle that I have in front of me for order to be to be successful with my Health & Wellness journey. So I started meeting up with a few friends that works out everyday and they taught me everything about Working out & adjusting to a Healthier lifestyle. Once I tap into it, I got the hang of it and saw my results after a year after that. That’s when I knew I fell in love with Fitness and I decide to become a Personal Trainer
