I. HAULING:
We specialize in moving construction debris, broken down crates, furniture, wood, old cars, fallen trees and limbs, appliances, children's backyard fort and swing furniture, and any type of junk you no longer want. We've even hauled off a golf cart, wheel barrel, lawnmower, a small mobile home and a boat. However, we can not take your tires and paint cans.
II. CLEAN OUTS:
Our Standard Cleaning package offers a thorough cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and other major areas of the home.
III. HOME ORGANIZATION (Price based on flat rate or per hour):

Consultation:
During the Consultation I will listen to your organizational challenges and goals. Assess your needs by touring your home, and taking before and after photos.
Determination of Fit:
I value connection and uphold the high ethical standards of the professional organizing trade and thus will only serve clients with needs I feels I can adequately address.
I specialize in assisting busy individuals and families with mild to moderate levels of disorganization & clutter, who are highly motivated to participate in the organizational process, and can comfortably afford to pay for assistance.
Booking your 1st Session:
Once the choice has been made to proceed and both parties agree we are a great fit, your first session will be scheduled. Payment will be collected at that time up front. The only other fees include: a cancellation fee of $60 if under 24 hours notice and a credit card processing fee of 4.5% if not paying with cash.
Ongoing Assistance
I understand that new behavior takes time, practice, and on-going support. For this reason, I offer "tune-up" services for clients who want to maintain organization and remain clutter-free.
IV: HOME PRESERVATION:
* Trash and debris removal
* Weatherization
* Vacant property registration
* Re-locking and lock inspection (you must supply your own locks)
V: Tree Removal
* We can assist in removing your fallen tree and limbs from your property. We have the proper gas chain saw and tools to handle the job!
VI. We can assist the removal of your unwanted vehicle, ATV, Golf cart, etc.
VII. Take the hassle out of junk removal by relying on our fast and affordable rental dumpster service at the lowest possible price! Quote includes drop off, pick up and disposal up to 3 tons. If over 3 tons, there is a $50 additional charge per ton. 2,000 lbs = 1 ton.
FINAL PRICING...
Initially, we give you an approximate cost based on the limited information customers enter in the Thumbtack request profile. Our quote is based SIGHT UNSEEN. Generally speaking, the cost will go up slightly once we see all photos of your project. Please send great pictures of your unwanted items and we will give you the most affordable price.
