- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Don't be surprised by our low rates. We use this account for when we have moves to Florida and are looking for a return trip to the MD/DC/VA area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we have customers fill out an inventory list or email us pictures of the items that need to be moved. Once we get the information back we will submit a quote to the customer from there outlining the cost and all the services that we will be providing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 13 years of professional moving experience.
