- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is customized to each client. No two situations or clients are the same. We don't believe in cookie-cutter pricing and offering a set package or service offering to everyone. Your situation is unique and you deserve a custom solution to meet your needs and hopefully exceed your expectations. We like to under-promise and over-deliver on our service, before, during, and after the sale.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will begin with our Business Evaluation to learn about the client's business, who is their target market, what are their pain points, why should a prospect do business with them rather than any of their competitors, who are their primary competitors, and more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although much of what I have learned about web design, development, SEO/SEM, Digital/Internet marketing has been self taught, I have studied many of the masters, hired coaches and trainers to learn the intricacies of how different strategies and tactics work, why they work, and how to verify and test they are working. I earned the Project Management Professional certification in 2001, a Masters Degree in E-Commerce in 2002, a Certified Internet Webmaster in 2003, Global Project Management certificate in 2006, the SEO Mastery Certification in 2008 and many other technical and marketing training programs over the past 20 years.
