- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, templates are for cookie-cutter agencies and easy bake ovens. We respect you enough to deliver a custom proposal based on your needs and wants, not what we think you should pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Love. It sounds cheesey, but I say I love you in my mind to each client because it reminds me to treat you the way I would want to be treated, which you'll soon see. Website Analysis & Business Model Analysis (we look at the big picture along with details). You will receive a detailed analysis in a private video to showcase your strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. We will also analyze the competition and create a custom strategy to beat the competition. Everything we do is rooted in consulting, not selling. We simply lay out exactly what we would do if we were you, and you can either choose to go with us, another provider or attempt a DIY. Please note, we do have the final say in whether we partner with your business. We require open-communication and willingness to work together to accomplish your goals. If yes, then we put our entire effort behind your campaign.

Have a beautiful daughter (one on the way) that has taught me patience and compassion. I treat each client as if it were a mirror of myself.
