- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have standard prices because every customer does not need the same level of service from us such as drop off catering, full service weddings, or just dinner for two. Usually, we let our customers pick their own menu from a list of individually priced items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is unique. Normally, we work with our customer to assess their most important needs first then we give our customers options to choose from or let them create their own menu.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in applied science with a concentration in pastry. I also have 15 plus years of experience working with and learning from Atlanta's finest Chefs, Pastry Chefs, and catering experts such as BLT Steak, Villa Christina, and GiGi's Cupcakes.
