- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not an Empire Today employee. I am an independent contractor. My motivation is loyal customers of which I have many. I will get your price down to manager approved pricing. There are no surprises. Working with me will be worry free for you. My quoted price for the job is what it will be. The company you will be working with has excellent ratings on every level. All reviews go to the company. Please check out Empire Today reviews. We are on Angies' List, we are a company Home Advisor sends people to, we are AAA with the BBB.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you contact me I will ask you about your schedule to make it convenient for you for me to measure and present your quote to you at this time, no need to wait for an e-mail quote. If I can get you on one of our payment plans there will be no need for a deposit. If not, only a 10% deposit will be required to set your install date and get you going with Empire. For customers who want to continue to shop I do request that I be your last quote. Note, we will not be your lowest price. We are quality and price. You pick your price but the quality of product and install will always be there with Empire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a veteran independent contractor sales rep with Empire Today and as such have the ability to get you your lowest possible price with Empire. I was trained by one of the best in our industry and have the ability to answer any possible question that you may have for me. We do have weekly ongoing training at Empire Today. I can show you the most innovative products in the industry, flooring and window treatments included.
