- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some cases are billed on a flat-fee basis, depending on the complexity. My consultation fee is $100.00 for an hour. If retained, I offer a military discount to veterans.

I assist clients in resolving their issues with student loans, federal or private. I am able to help people get out of default, stop wage garnishments, and practice private student loan defense (state court). I also help clients with federal loan consolidation, federal rehabilitation, and administrative discharge review. If you are having difficulty repaying your student loans, contact me. Additionally, I assist families with planning for the future with estate planning and probate when a loved one passes away.
I genuinely care about people and enjoy being able to a blessing to others. I enjoy being able to help people during their time of need. I am committed to providing superb service to my clients as a consumer law attorney. Often times, people are stressed and are in a bad position by time they contact me. Most times, I am able to relieve that stress and pressure by providing competent legal advice and services.

Pros: Attorney Sheppard took her time to explain my options in a way that I could understand without being condescending, her pricing was very fair and competitive, her work was detailed and on point.
Cons: Attorney Sheppard is thorough to a fault! She seemed overwhelming at first with the information requested, but in the end, it made perfect sense. She is anticipating the unexpected because she is so meticulous. You must trust that she knows what she is doing.
Recently I found myself in a financial situation where bankruptcy was my only alternative. I contacted Attorney Sheppard to have a consultation. Not sure about the process and the ramifications, I needed guidance. That was exactly what I got. Attorney Sheppard took her time and explained the process to me and answered all of my questions. Since she had me send her a list of things ahead of time not only was our meeting informative but also productive!
