FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All appointments are complimentary. However, it is our hope that once we sit with a prospective client that the goal is to move forward with a plan that day and that the prospect is not still searching.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical client gets a financial needs analysis (FNA) for us to go over at our initial meeting. We ask that the packet is filled out prior to the meeting so that we can proceed with a plan. Appointments usually take from 1-2 hours depending on the questions asked by the client. We're very patient and understand that when you're dealing with people's finances, you don't want to rush the process.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We got started because we wanted to be a product of the product and end the financial generational curse in our family. Then, we opted to go out and let others know that they, too, can get a road map to becoming financially fit without being charged huge amounts of money just to get a plan in place.
